What You'll Do
As a Central Scheduling Coordinator, YOU are the voice of the company. Often the first interaction our patients have with us, and we count on our Central Scheduling Team to keep things running smoothly every single day.
Key duties include:
Manage incoming calls and schedule patient appointments.
Verify insurance, referrals, and pre-authorizations.
Coordinate with physicians, clinical teams, and billing.
Maintain accurate records and insurance knowledge.
Assist patients with portal access and support.
Complete physician or staff task requests and maintain confidentiality
Position Requirements — What You Need to Know Before Applying
Required Availability: This is a full-time position. Standard schedule is M-F, 8 am – 4:30 pm.
Work Location: The first 90 days will require you to work 100% onsite at our Tech Center Dr. office in Gahanna. Following your first 90 days, there’s an opportunity to discuss a hybrid or fully remote arrangement. Within a hybrid or fully remote arrangement, the associate will be required to work on-site for one week every nine weeks.

What You Bring
1+ year of experience in healthcare (urology is a plus!)
1+ year in a call center or telephonic support role
1+ year in customer service — in person or over the phone
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
Organizational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Ability to read, interpret, and apply policies and procedures
Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
