Pharmacist

Start: ASAP

Duration: 13 weeks with option to extend up to a year

Shift Times: Variable i.e. nights, days, swing and weekends

· inpatient/ER pharmacist with ACLS & PALS. PALS can be obtained on-site No Pets on any San Carlos Housing property. Housing available directly across the street from the facility, fully furnished for $500/month.

Type of equipment: ScriptPro Pharmacy Management System with SP200 Robot; RPMS Electronic Health Record and moving to a new EHR system

• Automated Medication dispensing system: Omnicell ADCs and Carousel, Kirby Lester counting machine

Must Haves:

Non-negotiables each candidate must have to be considered. Include required certifications.

· Certifications: BLS

· Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited school of Pharmacy AND/OR Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)

· Current and active state unrestricted Pharmacy license, Arizona state license preferred
