BMS HW Test Development Engineer

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Design test fixtures, interfaces, and instrumentation for electrical, functional, and system-level testing

· Work with hardware, software, and mechanical teams on design and build of test setups

· Document test specifications, test plans, and technical reports

· Analyze test data to support root cause analysis and failure investigations during development and production

· Lead and support engineering developmental test activities

· Lead lab technicians, assign tasks, and ensure lab activities are aligned with engineering priorities

· Support implementation of ONE safety specifications and equipment safety reviews

· Perform any additional duties as assigned
