As a Maintenance Electrician at JBS Australia Pty Limited, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Brooklyn, Victoria. This full-time position is responsible for providing electrical maintenance and repair services to ensure our production lines and equipment are running at optimal performance.

What you'll be doing

Performing scheduled and reactive maintenance on electrical systems, motors, control panels, and other electrical equipment

Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical faults, and implementing corrective actions

Interpreting electrical drawings and schematics to identify and resolve issues

Conducting electrical safety inspections and implementing safety measures

Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities and repairs

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a safe and efficient work environment

Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

What we're looking for

Qualified Electrician with a minimum of 3 years' experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve electrical issues

Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and manuals

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues

Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work environment

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
