Overnight Floating Warehouse Monitoring Associate – Groveport, OH

Pay: $20.50/hour

Schedule: Wednesday- Sunday 10pm-5:30am

Location: 6405 Commerce Court, Groveport Ohio (must have reliable transportation- not accessible via public transportation)

Job Type: Full-Time (37.50 hours/week)

Position Overview

Are you ready to play a key role in supporting operations and maintaining a safe, well-organized environment in a high-activity warehouse or distribution center?

As an Overnight Floating Warehouse Monitoring Associate, you’ll provide critical overnight support by monitoring surveillance systems and conducting regular patrols throughout the facility.

Please note: this is not a security position, but a facility support role focused on safety, protocol enforcement, and operational integrity.

Core Responsibilities

Surveillance & Patrol

Monitor facility cameras and systems for safety, compliance, and unusual activity

Report any incidents or irregularities to the appropriate contacts

Conduct 3–4 physical patrols per shift (interior and exterior)

Ensure all doors are secured and access points remain controlled

Identify and report safety hazards, maintenance issues, or operational concerns

Prevent unauthorized access to the facility

Facility Oversight & Administration

Manage building access, including ID badges and visitor/vendor passes

Maintain logs for patrols, incidents, and visitor activity

Use internal systems to report facility issues or requests

Support building safety and cleanliness standards

Identify and escalate prohibited items or suspicious activity as needed

Training & Onboarding Support

Assist with onboarding of new team members by communicating facility policies

Identify and report any gaps in adherence to safety protocols or building procedures

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum 1 year of experience in facilities, warehouse operations, or similar support role

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information appropriately

Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
