Remote Senior ServiceNow Architect needs 10+ years IT, 5 years’ ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design
Remote Senior ServiceNow Architect requires:
• Retail industry
• Proven track record architecting large-scale, complex ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules
• Expertise in core ServiceNow platform components: Service Catalog, Workflow, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, CMDB, Discovery, Performance Analytics, Custom Apps, etc.
• Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, GRC, or other key ServiceNow modules. (Candidate should have experience with most of the items listed under this bullet)
• Experience with integration design patterns and technologies (REST is required)
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, security, and data governance.
• Hands-on development experience (ServiceNow Javascript & ServiceNow Studio/App Engine)
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification (at least one certification is required)
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder influencing skills
• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering OR related field OR equivalent experience,
Experience with integration design patterns and technologies (SOAP, JDBC, etc.)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
• Experience designing multi-instance or global ServiceNow deployments
• Exposure to SAFe Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of complementary platforms (Workday, Azure/Cloud, etc.).
Remote Senior ServiceNow Architect duties:
• Define and evolve the enterprise ServiceNow platform architecture and roadmap aligned with business needs
• Lead the architecture and design of solutions across ServiceNow modules (ITOM, ITBM/PPM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM, GRC, SecOps, Integration Services, Intelligence & AI, ITSM / DevOps etc.)
• Own platform standards, design patterns, reusable components, and architectural governance
• Evaluate and drive adoption of new ServiceNow capabilities and releases
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across ServiceNow projects.
• Lead high-level design, integration patterns, and performance/scalability best practices
• Partner with ServiceNow developers, product owners, business analysts, and project teams
