Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our team. The CNC Operator will run and monitor CNC machines to produce tire mold components according to exact specifications, ensuring quality and consistency in every piece.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or other equipment) to produce tire mold parts.

• Load and unload raw materials and finished components.

• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and setup sheets.

• Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other gauges to verify specifications.

• Perform basic machine adjustments and tool changes as needed.

• Maintain accurate production records and follow all safety and quality guidelines.

• Keep the work area clean and organized.

• Maintain and keep pace with production requirements.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area for safety and efficiency.

• Manage CNC programming of 5-axis machines.

• Manage the initial setup and file initiation of CAD files using Siemens NX/Unigraphics software.

• Rotate and center 3D units.

• Build a profile based on files provided.

• Build and extend surfaces of various geometrics.

• Update 3D files as necessary.

• Manage the closing of jobs and file maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.

• Previous CNC machine operation experience in manufacturing (mold, die, or precision machining preferred).

• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.

• Strong attention to detail and quality.

• Willingness to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
