We have an opportunity for a talented leader to join our dynamic team as a Warehouse & Materials Manager. This important role will be responsible for materials inventory and movement, warehouse management and shipping & receiving. We will look for you to develop, train and manage team members in Shipping/Receiving, Warehouse and Inventory Control departments.

Essential Functions

● Responsible for department’s material metrics.

● Validate that clocking and material issuing is completed. Conducts verification and inspects that proper clocking is performed in ERP system (M2M) and provides feedback to the appropriate leader for correction coaching and feedback.

● Leads changes in technology and continuous improvement that support warehouse/materials management improvement and efficiency.

● Responsible for organizing warehouse and inventory locations as well as monitoring all inventory.

● Responsible for all job orders being picked to schedule, execution of the company cycle count program, and movement of materials in and out of facility.

● Coordinates freight movement and carrier selection and negotiates contracts with freight carriers to reduce costs.

● Participates in the Engineering Change process (ECO) to ensure the proper disposition of material, as well as works with purchasing on offsite/bonded inventory.

● Ensures all incoming and outgoing materials are packed properly.

● Audits incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.

● Coordinates with Sales, Manufacturing & Engineering to ensure highest level of customer service and on-time delivery are maintained.

● Coordinates transportation logistics and troubleshoots all receiving and shipping complaints to find the cause, help resolve the issue and prevent recurrence.

● Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with ESD, PPE procedures, work rules and procedures, and regulations.
