Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations with a focus on speed, accuracy, and service quality
Hire, train, and motivate team members to build a strong, positive work culture
Manage staff scheduling, labor costs, and overall productivity
Monitor food and supply inventory, control costs, and coordinate vendor orders
Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation protocols are strictly followed
Review sales and labor reports to drive profitability and meet KPIs
Support and execute local store marketing and community engagement efforts
Foster a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
Qualifications:
2+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, preferably in QSR
Strong leadership and team development skills
Experience with cost control, budgeting, and staffing
Comfortable with POS systems, labor scheduling tools, and basic computer proficiency
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain
