LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our client’s team in Columbus, OH. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, ideal for someone looking to grow their career in a supportive and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently

Match purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documents

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

Assist with month-end closing and reporting

Maintain vendor files and ensure compliance with internal controls

Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues

Support audits and provide documentation as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of accounts payable or related accounting experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus
