What You'll Do:

· Lead technical collaboration across 5+ agile teams, uniting diverse talents to deliver scalable, business-aligned solutions.

· Act as a trusted technical liaison between enterprise architecture and development, ensuring perfect alignment on strategy and execution.

· Design and execute deployment strategies for Salesforce initiatives with a focus on dependency management and operational success.

· Transform business challenges into Salesforce features that drive measurable outcomes.

· Optimize Salesforce metadata and craft robust, scalable data architecture to support enterprise goals.

· Oversee the build-to-run transition, resolving issues and ensuring seamless handoffs for ongoing operations.

· Develop custom Salesforce solutions using declarative tools and coding in Apex.

· Champion operational excellence by meeting availability and production support goals.

· Set and enforce development standards to ensure high-quality, low-risk solutions across teams.

· Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical partners and business stakeholders.

· Expertise in Salesforce platforms like Financial Services Cloud or Service Cloud, with hands-on experience in tools like MuleSoft or Kafka for integrations.

· Deep knowledge of Platform Event Architecture and DevOps best practices.

· Proven track record as a technical leader for large, multi-system solution deliveries.

· Strong experience with Apex coding and expert-level proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools like Flows.

· Background in data architecture and working knowledge of relational databases.

· Exceptional coordination skills for managing multi-team collaboration.

· Effective communicator who can articulate technical and business concepts to stakeholders at every level.
