We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kannapolis, North Carolina. This is a Contract to permanent position that provides an excellent opportunity to grow within the healthcare industry. Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound calls and provide attentive assistance to customers with inquiries or concerns.

• Manage email correspondence efficiently, ensuring timely responses and accurate information.

• Perform data entry tasks with precision to maintain accurate records.

• Handle order entry and billing processes while adhering to company procedures.

• Collaborate with internal staff and vendors to identify and address specific requirements.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to organize and present information effectively.

• Provide exceptional customer service in both inbound and outbound call scenarios.

• Support the call center by maintaining a high standard of attentiveness and customer care.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare-related protocols and standards.• Proven experience in customer service or call center roles.
