Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and in-person

Manage scheduling, data entry, and document preparation

Assist internal departments with administrative coordination

Maintain organized records and support reporting needs

Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and efficiencyIdeal Candidate

1–3 years of experience in administrative or customer service roles

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
