Leasing Consultant – $18-19/hr Weekly Pay Blacklick, OH

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 9a.m.-6p.m.

What You’ll Get:

Pay: $18-19/hour, based on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

Greet and tour prospective residents, promoting available apartment homes

Guide applicants through the leasing process and complete paperwork accurately

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of unit availability and pricing

Submit work orders and resolve resident concerns with professionalism

Support marketing efforts, social media content, and resident events

Answer phone calls, manage emails, and handle general administrative duties

What We’re Looking For:

6+ months of apartment or multifamily leasing experience – REQUIRED

Working knowledge of Yardi, OneSite, or BlueMoon – a plus!

Strong customer service and closing skills

Knowledge of Fair Housing laws – REQUIRED

Professional appearance and communication

Reliable transportation to and from work

Positive attitude, flexibility, and strong work ethic
