What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Bakery Team Member, you’ll be an essential part of our team, helping to deliver the high-quality products and service Bella’s Bake Shop Farm is known for. Your day-to-day will include:

- Assisting with the preparation and presentation of baked goods.

- Providing exceptional customer service with a friendly smile.

- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure food safety standards.

- Fulfilling orders and following packing slips

- Collaborating with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.What We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

- 1 year of experience in a similar role (baking or food service experience preferred).

- A passion for baked goods and customer satisfaction.

- Strong communication skills – being bilingual is a plus!

- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
