XPO Key PL Europe s.r.o. is a subsidiary company of XPO Logistics – a worldwide leader in transportation and logistics services. For our Prague office, which provides Managed transportation services to customers across the European region via its international multicultural team of professionals, we are looking for a Logistics Planner in internship who speaks English and French for a starting date June 2025.

Responsibilities :

Organization of truck transport, managing the preparation, allocation, and routing of orders

Coordination of deliveries according to the needs of client and terms of payment

Pro-active communication with clients and carriers via email/phone

Monitoring and tracking the shipments and keeping clients informed about the status and solving problems related to shipments

Actively looking for costs optimizing and added value opportunities when possible

Tracking and resolving freight claims

Ensuring and improving the quality of all services and processes

Regular updating of all data to the internal system

Student in Bachelor’s or Master’s in Logistics or Business School. Experience in logistics, customer service, and call centre would be an advantage. Skills needed:

Good Level in English, Fluent in French

Great communication, organizational and problem-solving skills

Pro-active and dynamic personality

Strong motivation to work in logistics, great interest in transportation

User knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Excel

Valid working permit for the Czech Republic (EU citizenship)

Autonomous, Team-player
