Summary
We’re looking for a hands-on, skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our manufacturing operation running at its best. If you’re experienced with diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and facility maintenance, and you enjoy problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to make a direct impact on daily operations.
You’ll handle everything from equipment repairs to facility upkeep and preventative maintenance, ensuring production never skips a beat.
Responsibilities
Maintain and repair diesel-powered manufacturing equipment, hydraulic systems, and facility infrastructure
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to avoid downtime
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and diesel-related issues
Replace, repair, or calibrate components to keep equipment at peak performance
Conduct general facility maintenance including lighting, HVAC support, minor plumbing, painting, and basic building repairs
Keep detailed records of maintenance work and repairs
Use hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and measuring instruments safely and effectively
Interpret manuals, schematics, blueprints, and layouts to guide maintenance tasks
Support continuous improvement by identifying potential equipment or facility upgrades
Follow all safety protocols and assist in training junior maintenance team members
Be available for Saturday work as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
3+ years of experience in diesel engines, hydraulics, and facility maintenance
Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and facility systems
Ability to read technical documents, diagrams, and schematics
Familiar with safety practices in an industrial or manufacturing setting
Able to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in tight or elevated spaces
Must complete and pass all ATMI Safety Training Programs (Lock-Out Tag-Out, Working from Heights, Confined Space, Forklift Operation, Manlift Operation)
Ability to complete crane inspections
Must pass pre-employment drug screening
Preferred Skills
Welding and fabrication experience
Basic electrical or PLC troubleshooting knowledge
Certifications in diesel, hydraulic, HVAC, or facility maintenance
