This is a Hybrid role, working from our Cardiff Offices 2 days a week.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Talent Partner to lead recruitment delivery across Customer Operations. Alongside taking ownership of a number of roles end-to-end, and building great relationships with senior stakeholders - you'll also manage two Talent Partners, coaching and developing them, and ensuring that we're bringing in top-quality talent across all of Customer Operations.

As a team we're always looking to improve how we attract and secure the best talent for Capital on Tap. For our Customer Operations teams in particular, improving how we hire directly shapes the experience of every business we support. This role is for someone who thrives on making a difference, balancing operational delivery with opportunities to rethink and improve how we bring the best talent to Capital on Tap

What you'll be doing

Driving recruitment delivery across Customer Operations meeting KPIs and deparmental targets

Owning the recruitment of a number of roles yourself, varying in seniority and specialism

Line management and development of two Talent Partners

Builing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders

Guiding sourcing and attraction strategies for Customer Operations to help secure top talent

Using data and insights to drive hiring decisions and process improvements

Leading or contributing to broader Talent Team projects

We’re Looking For

Proven in-house recruitment experience, ideally in a scale-up or high-growth environment

Experience hiring across multiple levels and functions

Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills

Confidence using data to track, analyse, and improve hiring performance

Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a wider team

Previous experience managing and developing a small team
