Pharmacy Assistant

We are hiring a Pharmacy Assistant to support day-to-day pharmacy operations in a busy outpatient clinic. This role is ideal for detail-oriented, service-driven individuals with healthcare or pharmacy-related experience who want to contribute to patient wellness in a clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in dispensing prescribed medications accurately and efficiently.

Provide guidance to patients on proper medication use, dosage, and storage.

Maintain inventory of pharmaceutical supplies and ensure proper stock rotation.

Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff regarding prescriptions and patient needs.

Ensure pharmacy records and transactions are accurately documented.

Uphold cleanliness, compliance, and safety standards within the pharmacy area.

Qualifications:

Graduate or underboard of Nursing or any allied medical-related course.

TESDA NC II in Pharmacy Services is preferred.

Minimum 6 months of experience in a healthcare, pharmacy, or clinic setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate, dependable, and service-focused.

Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask effectively.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
