What the role will entail
Generation and maintenance of business to achieve sales targets; sourcing, calling, and presenting bank products/services/investment opportunities to the individual
Building an information database on existing high-net-worth clients to support relationship-building and cross-selling efforts; implementing cross-selling and other relationship-building activities based on business and revenue contribution
Conducting highly professional consultative financial analysis and profiling sessions with high-net-worth clients to identify suitable financial and investment products and services
Participating in promotional activities/events for client acquisition; achieving agreed sales initiatives; relationship building and management
Providing regular market information updates and trend analyses; conducting follow-up calls/visits; checking market trends and competitors' offerings to enhance EWB program/product differentiation
Providing professional service to achieve customer satisfaction and retention; handling customer issues and inquiries with service excellence; recommending process and product improvements based on customer feedback
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent
Licensed to sell Fixed Income and Equities; with UITF TOAP Certification; and Insurance (Traditional/VUL) licenses
At least 2 to 5 years of sales experience in retail banking, preferably in the wealth segment
Solid knowledge of a wide range of financial products, including Deposits, FX, Fixed Income, Equities, Mutual Funds, UITFs, Bank assurance, Loans, and Cash Management solutions
Ability to conduct in-depth portfolio reviews and provide holistic financial advice
Strong understanding of the macroeconomic landscape and its impact on wealth management
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and consultative selling skills
