Pay Range: USD $25.00 - USD $30.00 /Hr. Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a prompt and professional manner

Provide accurate information about products, services, and technical support processes

Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction

Maintain detailed and organized records of interactions and resolutions

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and support

Other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications:

computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet, email. phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Able to handle stressful conversations typing skills.

Attention to detail.
