Qualifications:
A genuine desire to serve patients and families and a commitment to providing outstanding care.
Education: MS degree in social work from an accredited school of social work approved by the Council of Social Work Education.
Licensure: Current state license as a social worker.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of clinical work experience, ideally in healthcare or hospice settings.
Requirements: Reliable transportation, ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 lbs, and effectively bear the weight of an average adult.
