Job Title: Salesforce Administrator
The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for managing the Salesforce platform’s development, user management, data management, reporting, and security, with a focus on enhancing a system that will collect and report information that demonstrates the tangible and intangible impacts of the various programs offered by Premiere Property Services (Premiere).

Maintain and customize Premiere’s Salesforce platform
Work to develop and operationalize a service integration strategy and systems across all of Premiere’s business lines.
Manage the user experience design, permissions, license, and training
This includes setting up and configuring users, groups, profiles, roles, security, and data sharing
Manage data integrity and system security
Create an approval process and complex workflows, plus configure multiple record types and page layouts for various teams and programs
Design and create complex reports and dashboards for various teams and programs
Project manage the integration of new business lines into Premiere’s Salesforce Platform
Innovate and update tracking, data collection, and data warehousing strategy to ensure that insights and analysis of our work are used effectively to help shape our organizational strategy, in all Premiere’s lines of business
Responsible for all information management systems, must understand how data flows between each of these systems and connects to the Salesforce platform
This includes, for example, the interface of Premiere websites with Salesforce
Build and maintain relationships with external advisors and vendors
Keep informed about the latest developments in the IT industry and stay updated on the Salesforce platform’s new tools, capabilities, applications, and updates that could optimize, improve, and/or automate our existing systems
Other duties as assigned
Travel may be required to attend meetings at local agencies and attend special eventsQualifications
BS/BA in a related field
Salesforce Certified Administrator and related credentials
Three to five years of experience in Salesforce administration, business analysis and/or database management
Three to five years of corporate project management experience
Advanced project management and organizational skills
Advanced ability to lead, build consensus, and drive closure on corporate initiatives
Advanced analytical, evaluation, and problem-solving skills
Advanced interpersonal communication skills and customer service orientation.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
