Janitorial Account Supervisor- Part time

Job Description

Salary: $16-$20 per hour

Job Summary:

White Glove Janitorial is seeking a dedicated Account Supervisor to join our team. As an Account Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating janitorial operations to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met. Position will start as a part-time janitorial position with approximately 8-10 hours per week. Supervisory duties will be added on once the candidate is comfortable with janitorial duties and all parties feel the position is a good fit.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations.

- Train and develop staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols.

-Assist with cleaning and floor care projects as needed.

-Report primarily to Local Commercial Account Manager.

-Assist all Account Managers as needed (would include traveling to conduct inspections, trainings, and fill-ins).

-Assist with general office tasks.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with teams and clients.

- Ability and desire to gain a deep understanding of cleaning procedures.

- Ability to have a flexible schedule, including the ability to work nights, weekends, and travel.

Pay Commensurate with experience.
