We’re seeking a dynamic QA Report Analyst/Medico-Legal Report Reviewer to join our growing team! In this critical role, you’ll review medico-legal reports to ensure they are accurate, clear, and consistent. You’ll also serve as a vital connection between law firms and our network of clinical and non-clinical experts.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Thoroughly examine medico-legal reports to validate the precision of content
Ensure grammatical correctness and clarity
Serve as a vital intermediary for conveying specific requests and instructions between physicians, law firms, and insurance companies, ensuring seamless and accurate communication throughout the process
Handles and responds promptly to all incoming calls, e-mails or faxes both internally and externally
Required Skills/Abilities:
Experience in medical office or customer service roles, including patient interactions and administrative tasks
Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office for document management and communication
Template versatility, adept at navigating different formats
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software
Attention to Detail
Auditing and Verification of Medical Documents
Medical Terminology and knowledge
Education and Experience:
Associate preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in a medical or customer service environment preferred
