You Are a Great Fit for This Role When You Have:

Experience working in Senior Care, Direct Patient Care, Retail Customer Care, or Restaurant Customer Service roles

Previous caregiving experience (preferred)

Valid Drivers License

Ownership of, or access to, a reliable vehicle for your scheduled shifts

Valid auto insurance

A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others

A commitment to being present and providing quality care

Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect

A Day In The Life FirstLight Caregiver:

Providing companionship conversation

Preparing and serving meals

Shopping, errands, and transportation

Help with mobility and repositioning

Help with bathing, toileting, and grooming

Light housekeeping and laundry

Shopping, errands, and transportation

Salary: $15 - $18 per hour

Experience:

Caregiving: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

Driver's License (Required)

Work Location:

In client's homes or in facility

Flexible Shifts: we offer your open clients based on the availability you give us.
