Hiring Now: Senior Architectural Designer
We are looking for a Senior Architectural Designer with strong technical and design skills, particularly in multifamily, podium wraps, and mid/high-rise residential projects.
Qualifications / Must-Haves:
7+ years of architectural design experience with a focus on multifamily, podium wraps, and mid/high-rise residential projects
California architectural license (CA) or NCARB certification preferred (or actively pursuing)
Strong design sensibility and technical proficiency, with experience in concept development, schematic design, and construction documentation
Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and industry-standard design software
Experience coordinating with project teams, consultants, and clients to execute design vision
Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
Local candidates only Must be based in the Bay Area, CA
Compensation & Benefits Package:
Competitive salary: $90,000 $130,000+ (DOE) + Performance-Based Bonuses
