What We Offer
£12.70 per hour
Full-time and part-time roles available
Day shifts: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Night shifts: 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Paid PVG, pension, uniform and onsite parking
5.6 weeks annual leave (based on full-time contract)
Full induction, extended shadowing, and ongoing training
SVQ support and genuine career progression opportunities
What You Will Do As a Trainee Care Assistant, you will support residents with everyday tasks such as personal care, meals, mobility and companionship. Working closely with our experienced team, you will follow care plans, learn how to provide safe and respectful care, and build meaningful connections with those you support.
This is a hands-on role where kindness, patience and a good sense of humour go a long way.
