We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial construction projects at Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport. This is a critical role for someone who understands the operational sensitivity, coordination demands, and permitting requirements of working in live airport environments.Responsibilities:

Oversee all phases of airport-related construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

Lead and coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and airport stakeholders to ensure smooth, on-time execution

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and airport authorities

Navigate permitting, FAA compliance, and security procedures specific to ATL

Manage project budgets, schedules, and risk

Conduct site visits, lead meetings, and monitor field operations to ensure safety, quality, and timeline adherence

Mentor APMs and Project Engineers as part of your project leadership teamQualifications:

8+ years of commercial construction experience, with at least 3 years managing projects at Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport

Strong knowledge of aviation project requirements, including permitting, FAA coordination, and airside/landside operations

Experience managing ground-up or renovation projects ranging from $10M to $50M+

Excellent communication and team leadership skills

Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and construction scheduling software

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field strongly preferred
