Compliance Support

We’re hiring a Compliance Support to lead regulatory operations across a group of crypto and financial technology businesses, including entities involved in digital assets, fund-like products, custodial and non-custodial infrastructure, and payments. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of U.S. regulatory frameworks (e.g., FinCEN, SEC, CFTC), experience in early-stage or complex compliance environments, and enthusiasm for working with automation and AI-driven systems. You’ll support compliance design, monitoring, and implementation across multiple legal entities, often building processes from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Handle compliance for registrations like:

FinCEN Money Services Business (MSB)

State money transmitter licenses

SEC exemptions (Reg D, Reg A+)

CFTC fund obligations (CPO/CTA)

Create and update compliance policies and docs (AML, KYC, operational controls)

Manage and refine KYC/AML processes, including customer due diligence and transaction monitoring

Track and analyze regulatory changes in the U.S. and globally

Work with operations, product, legal, and tech teams to build compliant processes

Communicate with external counsel, regulators, and financial institutions when needed

Use AI tools to support monitoring, alerts, and documentation

Requirements

3–7 years of experience in regulatory compliance, legal, or risk management, ideally in crypto, FinTech, or fund operations

Strong familiarity with U.S. regulatory regimes, including FinCEN, SEC, CFTC, and state-level money transmitter licensing

Proven ability to manage compliance operations across multiple business lines or entities

Clear, concise communicator with excellent documentation skills

Comfortable working autonomously in a lean, fast-moving environment

Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal fluency)

Preferably from LATAM

Experience working with AI or setting up AI agents to automate compliance workflows
