At HomeWell Care, we provide non-medical in-home care services that help seniors and adults maintain independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes. We're a compassionate team looking for an energetic and driven Sales Representative to help us grow in Bucks County and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

Build relationships with referral sources (hospitals, rehab centers, senior communities, social workers, etc.)

Respond to inquiries and convert leads into client consultations

Attend and represent the company at networking events and community outreach opportunities

Maintain accurate sales records and activity reports

Coordinate with the care team to ensure quality service and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

Sales or marketing experience in healthcare, senior services, or home care is strongly preferred

Knowledge of non-medical home care and local senior care landscape is a plus

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills

Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Base salary + performance-based commission
