QualificationsMinimum 1 year of mechanical construction experience OR equivalent schooling (construction management, mechanical trades, etc.)Ability to read and interpret blueprintsAny experience with a mechanical subcontractor performing pipefitting or plumbing work is a plusWill consider recent graduates with a construction management degree and completed internshipsKnowledge of general plumbing and piping installation Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Project Manager to ensure project timelines, requirements, and deliverables are metSupport billing, change orders, collections, and other administrative processes to maintain on-time completionReview job cost, status, manpower, and change order reports; provide monthly analysis with the project teamAttend monthly job cost reviews to report on profitability and project statusCommunicate with Project Managers, Superintendents, Construction Managers, General Contractors, and other internal/external stakeholdersHelp coordinate manpower and equipment for each jobConduct and attend weekly job-site visits and project meetingsAssist with job setup, contract review, cost estimates, and schedule of valuesGenerate Project Manager reports and attend project management meetings as neededTrack submittals, generate purchase orders, and negotiate subcontracts and purchases for each projectPerform other duties as assigned Please reply back with an updated resume if you or someone else you know is interested.
