Entry Level Dispatcher - Night Shift

What You’ll Do in the Dispatcher Role: Receive, organize, and prioritize time-sensitive delivery orders.

Coordinate drivers and routes to ensure on-time, efficient deliveries.

Monitor driver progress and adjust plans in real time to overcome challenges.

Communicate important details clearly to drivers and customers.

Keep accurate records of all orders, routes, and delivery details.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions or concerns with professionalism.

What We’re Looking For A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience — all majors welcome!

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills and sound judgment under pressure.

Confidence using technology and willingness to learn industry-specific tools.

Familiarity with the Atlanta metro area and Southeast region (a plus, not required). Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and maintain a clean driving record.
