Requirements:
• Excellent English & strong communication
• Bachelor’s degree
• Males only (with Military & Graduation certificates)
• Under 30 years old
• No 1st/2nd-degree relatives in Vodafone Customer Care
Plus if you have:
• Customer Care or ADSL/Mobile Internet experience
Offer:
• Salary: 14k Gross + up to 10% bonus
• 10,000 EGP handset allowance every 2 years

• Installments up to 15,000 EGP
• Insurance + transportation (Hadayek El Maadi Metro)
• Rotational shifts – 8:45 hrs/day incl. 1-hr break
