General Purpose of the Position: We are seeking a detail-oriented, friendly, and proactive Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring our customers — from hospitals to research labs — receive prompt, helpful, and knowledgeable support across their interactions with our company.

Key Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls and respond to emails with professionalism, clarity, and urgencyProvide quotes, check order status, and assist with order entry and trackingServe as a liaison between customers, technicians, and sales repsTroubleshoot product or order issues and ensure timely resolutionsMaintain accurate customer records in our CRM and ERP systemsFollow up on open issues and ensure customer satisfaction after resolutionWork closely with shipping, service, and sales teams to keep customers informed Required Skills & Experience:2+ years of customer service or inside sales experience (B2B preferred)Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and follow-throughFamiliarity with Google Workplace Suite (especially Gmail)Comfortable learning and navigating CRM/ERP systemsPositive attitude, team-oriented, and eager to help others Location:On-site Travel Requirements:None Compensation Structure:Salary Benefits:Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance401(k)Paid time off This job description is not exhaustive and may be adjusted as needed.
