About the role We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable RMA Test Technician to support our Return Material Authorization (RMA) process.

This role primarily involves executing predefined test scripts on returned units to verify functionality and identify potential issues.

The technician will work closely with the Customer Quality and Engineering teams to ensure timely and accurate testing of RMA units.

Key Responsibilities:Execute standardized test scripts on returned products to validate performance and functionality Document test results clearly and accurately in the designated tracking systems Ensure all test procedures are followed according to established protocols Communicate any anomalies or test failures to the appropriate engineering or quality teams Maintain a clean and organized testing environment Support continuous improvement initiatives related to RMA testing processes Basic Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Familiarity with using computers and basic software tools for documentation Ability to stand for extended periods and handle small components Ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:Technical certification or associate degree in electronics, engineering technology, or related field Basic understanding of electronics or mechanical systems Experience with test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.) Previous experience in manufacturing, quality control, or testing environments Knowledge of documentation and tracking systems Strong communication and problem-solving skills
