Job Description
Seeking motivated Class A CDL drivers, including recent driving school graduates, for long-haul assignments that involve minimal freight handling. Key role details and requirements are provided below.
Compensation: $0.55 to $0.65 per mile; estimated weekly pay approximately $1,375 to $1,700 (based on about 2,500 to 2,800 miles per week).
Stop pay: $15 per stop; most trips include 1–2 stops.
Operations: Approximately 50% of loads are drop-and-hook.
Home time: Scheduled every two weeks for two days; attempts are made to accommodate weekends when possible but not guaranteed.
Trainee program: Trainee pay is $650 per week. Training generally includes roughly 250–300 hours of driving before moving to solo work at the starting rate of $0.55 per mile. Training will include over-the-road driving due to limited trainer availability.
Pet and rider policy: Pets and riders are permitted after successful completion of training; not allowed during training.

Minimum qualifications and safety standards:
Minimum age: 21.
Valid Class A CDL required.
No DOT-preventable accidents with damages over $1,750 in the last 2 years.
No major accidents resulting in costs or claims exceeding $2,500.
Any DOT-preventable accident within the past 5 years will disqualify applicants.
No more than two preventable incidents in the past 2 years with damages under $1,750.
Must not have been terminated from prior employment for safety-related reasons.
No DUI in a commercial vehicle within the last 5 years and no failed or refused DOT drug or alcohol test.
