Job Description
Seeking motivated Class A drivers, including recent truck driving school graduates, to perform long-haul routes with limited freight handling.
Compensation: $0.55 to $0.65 CPM. Estimated weekly earnings are $1,375 to $1,700 based on approximately 2,500 to 2,800 miles per week. Stop pay is $15 per stop; most runs involve 1–2 stops.
Load and schedule: Roughly 50% drop-and-hook loads. Home time is scheduled every two weeks for two days; efforts are made to align with weekends but this is not guaranteed.
Trainee program: Trainee pay of $650 per week. Training includes about 250–300 hours of driving before transitioning to solo status at the starting CPM of $0.55. Training will include OTR driving due to limited trainers.
Pet and rider policy: Drivers may bring a dog or a rider after completing training; pets and riders are not permitted during training.

Minimum requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A CDL.
No DOT-preventable accidents with damages over $1,750 in the last 2 years.
No major accidents resulting in costs or claims exceeding $2,500.
Any DOT-preventable accident within the last 5 years will disqualify applicants.
No more than two preventable incidents in the past 2 years with damages under $1,750.
Must not have been terminated from prior employment for safety reasons.
No DUI in a commercial vehicle in the last 5 years and no failed or refused DOT drug or alcohol test.
