Project Manager (Middleware)

ComResource is looking for a Project Manager.

We are seeking a Project Manager with proven experience in Project/Program Management to lead and coordinate activities across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will be technically savvy, have strong skills in middleware integration, and possess excellent communication.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all project activities across development, middleware, and monitoring teams.

Facilitate middleware integration planning, execution, and issue resolution.

Collaborate with internal and external teams to gather partner information and project inputs.

Provide clear and concise status reporting to leadership and project stakeholders.

Follow up and chase development teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks and milestones.

Track risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensure proper escalation/resolution.

Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment with delivery timelines.

Essentials:

Proven experience in Project or Program Management (preferably in technology or middleware projects).

Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across geographically distributed teams.

Proficiency in PowerPoint for professional, executive-level presentations.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Technically savvy, with the ability to understand middleware integration concepts and monitoring tools.

Ability to influence, follow up, and drive deliverables in multi-team environments.

Familiarity with Agile.
