We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our dynamic team in Columbus, OH. This role involves supporting account management activities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with senior representatives to manage accounts, handle client inquiries, and contribute to the company’s growth.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing and maintaining client accounts.

Support senior account representatives in day-to-day operations.

Handle client inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses.

Maintain accurate records of communications and transactions.

Assist with account reporting, documentation, and follow-up tasks.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client experiences.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

1+ year of experience in customer service, account management, or sales.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
