Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for accuracy and efficiency? Litehouse is looking for a motivated Inventory Control I to join our team! In this essential role, you'll ensure our production data is precise, inventory counts are on point, and discrepancies are quickly resolved-keeping our operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

Accurately collect, reconcile, and enter finished goods data into our factory systems

Investigate and resolve discrepancies in production data and inventory reports

Contact relevant departments to validate source data and ensure inventory accuracy

Analyze production metrics like materials used, scrap/waste levels, and defect rates

Support team members with data collection processes and software use

Maintain a clean, organized work environment while following safety and food quality policies

What You Bring:

High School Diploma or GED (strongly preferred)

Strong typing skills and proven computer proficiency

Attention to detail with basic math and data entry capabilities

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word

Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment

A collaborative attitude and a drive for accuracy and consistency
