Job Title: Electrical Project Coordinator
Location: Atlanta, Georgia – Hybrid (2–3 days/week in office)
About the Role
We’re seeking a highly organized Electrical Project Coordinator to support our electrical construction projects from planning through completion. This role will serve as the central point of coordination between internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients, ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and on-time project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate workflows, schedules, and deliverables between multiple stakeholders.
Track project progress, maintain documentation, and manage data.
Prepare and process purchase orders and invoices; assist with other accounting-related tasks as needed.
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and support project leadership in day-to-day operations.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience within electrical and/or construction projects
Proven ability to coordinate processes between various internal and external parties.
Experience with purchase order (PO) entry and invoicing (preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and other Office Suite tools.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Work Environment
Hybrid schedule: 2–3 days per week in office.
