Our retail store manager will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to drive sales, supervising and motivating staff to perform their best, and recruiting talent and giving performance evaluations on team members.
What we can do for YOU:
Pay: $55-65k/yr; based on experience
Schedule: this will vary as you will be required to work days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily customer service operations
Sales processes, orders and payments
Track progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives
Train staff on how to drive sales through consistent development of product knowledge and customer service standards
Review staff performance and offer constructive feedback
Suggest training programs/techniques
Resolve customer complaints
Set example for staff
Qualifications:
Retail Manager experience in past jobs with a clothing background
Must be able to work flexible shifts
Good communication skills
Excellent leadership skills
Experience with recruiting and performance/evaluation reviews
Reliability and trustworthiness
