Orthopedic Surgeon Opportunity

A 68-bed acute care hospital in Texas is seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon for a role blending clinical and surgical responsibilities. Experience a caseload of general orthopedics, with strong referral support and a collaborative team environment.

Practice Setting

Join a well-established orthopedic team consisting of one orthopedic surgeon, one surgical physician assistant, and a shared clinical nurse practitioner

Located at a state-of-the-art clinic featuring 15 exam rooms, on-site imaging, and outpatient physical therapy

Private physician offices included

Access to ROSA robotic system for knee and hip surgeries

Schedule

4.5-day workweek to support a balanced schedule

Flexible Fridays available

Low-volume call schedule with a 1:3 rotation

Compensation & Benefits

Annual base salary of $500,000-$600,000 with total compensation potential of $700,000-$1,000,000 annually

Signing bonus of up to $75,000

Up to $100,000 in student loan assistance

Relocation assistance of up to $10,000
