Job Description

As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for transporting finished materials from production lines to inventory in the yard. This role requires working outdoors 90% of the time while operating a forklift. You will also be expected to cross-train in the production area and fill in for associates who are absent.

Responsibilities

Transport finished materials from production lines to the inventory yard.

Operate a forklift efficiently in outdoor conditions.

Cross-train in the production area to fill in for absent associates.Essential Skills

Minimum of 1 year forklift experience.

At least 1 year of outdoor work experience.Additional Skills & Qualifications

6 months of production experience.

6 months of machine operation experience.Work Environment

The work environment involves being outdoors 90% of the time in all weather conditions. The indoor environment is not climate-controlled and can become cramped if there is a lot of scrap material around.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of London, Ohio.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $21.50/hr.
