Enterprise Sales Manager:
We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives, building strong relationships with key enterprise clients, and leading the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet complex business needs.
What You'll Do:
Develop and execute strategies to expand enterprise-level partnerships
Manage high-value sales pipelines and meet revenue targets
Identify client pain points and position solutions to deliver clear ROI
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and retention
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales (preferably SaaS or tech-related)
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment

Key Accountabilities
Identifying and signing up new customers
Proactively identify new business opportunities
Conduct outbound cold calls to engage with potential customers and generate leads.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
Deliver persuasive sales pitches to promote our offerings and secure sales.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas on a regular basis.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales activity reports.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies and maximize results.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay competitive
