Architectural Designer

Job Description

We’re seeking an Architectural Designer with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is proficient in Revit, brings strong design and technical skills, and is eager to contribute to all phases of project development. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with principal and project owners on design concepts and development

Produce drawings and documentation for all project phases using Revit

Coordinate with consultants and assist in managing project timelines and deliverables

Participate in client meetings and site visits

Contribute to the establishment of office culture, growth, and project standards

Qualifications:

Professional degree in architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)

3–5 years of relevant architectural experience

Proficiency in Revit is required; familiarity with other tools like AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and various rendering applications is a plus

Experience with residential and/or multifamily projects preferred

Strong design sensibility and attention to detail

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Enthusiasm for joining a small, collaborative, entrepreneurial team
