Full-Time Accounts Payable/Payroll Coordinator
Location: Simpson General Hospital – Mendenhall, MS
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable/Payroll Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will help ensure that bills are paid on time, payroll is processed accurately, and all financial records are maintained in accordance with accounting standards.
What You'll Do:
Process and post accounts payable transactions.
Prepare and distribute checks.
Manage and reconcile invoices.
Input and process payroll data.
Track employee benefits.
Prepare month-end reports and assist with financial audits.
Build and maintain vendor relationships.
Ensure timely and accurate bill payments.
What We're Looking For:
Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate Degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Accounts Payable and/or Payroll.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
