We're looking for a dependable, professional, and compassionate individual to greet patients, guide them through the registration process, and help make their clinic visit smooth and welcoming - every time.

What You'll Do:

Welcome patients and visitors in person and by phone

Register patients accurately and completely upon arrival

Collect and post payments on patient accounts

Provide clear directions and relay calls or messages as needed

Maintain a clean and safe admissions area

Support clinic operations by following all policies and procedures

Adapt to changes and support your team with professionalism

What You'll Need:

Education:

High School Diploma or GED (Required)

Associate's degree (Preferred)

Experience:

1 year in a healthcare setting (Required)

1 year of customer or provider service (Preferred)

Skills & Attributes:

Friendly, professional communication

Intermediate computer skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask

Compassionate, patient-focused, and a true team player

Ability to work independently and under pressure

Physical Requirements: This role requires the ability to walk and sit for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally, and perform light physical tasks throughout the day.
