Job Position

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage transmission line projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives.

Serve as the primary liaison between the company and governmental agencies, ensuring compliance with legal and technical standards.

Negotiate and manage contracts, permits, and approvals related to transmission line construction and operations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant government departments involved in power supply, transmission, and regulatory approvals.

Collaborate with internal engineering teams, project managers, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project implementation.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and risk factors, proactively addressing any potential issues.

Stay updated on government policies, industry trends, and technological advancements affecting transmission line projects.

Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and project updates to senior management and external stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and engineering standards throughout project execution.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in engineering coordination, project management, or related roles within the power plant or energy sector.

Proven experience working with government agencies and regulatory bodies related to power supply and transmission projects.

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Well-established network and connections within the government sector related to energy and infrastructure.

Knowledge of power transmission systems, grid regulations, and industry best practices.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.

Proficiency in project management tools and engineering software.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project challenges.

Willingness to travel as required for project coordination and government meetings.

Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
